Who we are

Springboard Employment & Training Group is an independent self-help organisation which provides support and assistance to help people make the most of their lives. Springboard's services are available to anyone and everyone - employed or unemployed.

Formed in March 1993, we are a company limited by guarantee and a registered charity. Day to day management is handled by a committee made up of volunteers.

Springboard provides professional careers guidance, life coaching and counselling to help people to move on and make the most of their lives, with a particular focus on career. It provides this in one-to-one sessions backed up by access to modern computer technology and a professional and supportive environment.

We are based in the Dovetail Centre, Winchester Road, Chandlers Ford, where we have free use of the premises by courtesy of the Methodist Church with free parking. We are open mainly on an appointment basis - call us on 07861 670 685 (leave a message on our answer-phone to call you back) or send us an email message at springboardetg @ gmail.com (no spaces) to make an appointment.
