Life Coaching

Personal/Life Coaching is "A collaborative solution-focused, results-orientated and systematic process in which the coach facilitates the enhancement of work performance, life experience, self-directed learning and personal growth of the coachee." (Anthony Grant, University of Sydney, 2000).

Life Coaching is often a process of determining a Vision of where/how you want to be, defining specific Goals that embody this vision, and then taking Actions that help achieve the goals and thus move the client towards the vision.

My name is Neil MacFarlane and I am BACP Accredited Counsellor/Psychotherapist, Life Coach and Careers Adviser. I have been practising coaching for over 13 years. I help people work out what they want in life, in relationships, in business and then define specific goals and take action to achieve them. I am professional, ethical, constructive, approachable, and supportive, use a variety of approaches and keep very up to date with developments. I offer weekday and Saturday sessions.

I provide a free first initial session where a general picture of your situation is discussed, and then ongoing low-cost one-to-one life coaching.
